EPICnic 2023

Stay with us at Lake Balaton in 2023, as usual, a little differently than in recent years!

Join us "just" for a substantial paddling, but rather stay with us afterwards to relax with a joint dinner and a few toasts!

2020. Gyenesdiás - Balatonkenese (~75 km)

2021. Tihany-Sajkod – Szigliget (~32 km), and for the brave, Gyenesdiás (~50 km)

2022. Zamárdi - Balatonszemes - Fonyód - Balatonberény (~56 km)

So this year's plan:

June 10th, 2023 (Saturday)

This year, we start from Balatonkenese, drive near the northern coast and stop (planned) at the following points:

1. Balatonfüred (~20 km)

2. Révfülöp (~ 50 km)

3. Badacsony (~60 km)

4. Gyenesdiás (~79 km)

We will be there at intermediate meeting points, but we will accompany the team throughout, if necessary, let us know by phone, you can get out, we will pick you up.

We will discuss other needs separately in advance.

Meeting in the evening in Révfülöp, planned at the Napfény campsite, but we are still clarifying this.

Shared dinner, experience report, rest, relaxed splashing, community building.

Meeting: In Balatonkenese, planned between 7:45-8:15

Start: no later than 8:30

Target: Gyenesdiás beach (or one of the intermediate stations) - when you get there.

For who: For SURFSKI fans (regardless of boat brand) who would like to take part in our now usual annual long paddling, both advanced and beginners.

And, of course, for those who are not rushing home, but are open to relaxing and building a community after rowing.

Travel: basically individually, but we help if necessary.

Accommodation: In Révfülöp at the campsite, but this is still under negotiation, and of course there may be other options, it's up to you.

Fee:

- with boat rental: HUF 20,000

- without boat rental: HUF 15,000

Included in the price:

- optionally boat rental fee (EPIC surfski boats)

- boat transport to the site

- all-day car escort and transport during the tour

- tour organization

- possibility to try and test the types of boats

In addition, all our guests have a joint barbecue dinner on Saturday evening!
